President Travel has made all its key personnel reachable by means of cell phone and has the facility to work after hours as the GDS systems are installed in their residence.
We are Partnered with Asia Medical Assistance for International Emergency Response and Fishtail Air (a charter chopper company) for Domestic Emergency Response which in an unlikely event President Travels has the capability to provide medical evacuations services.

Contingency plan in case of medical evacuation.

• Contact our travel manager
• Travel manager will coordinate with our executive team to get space for medical case for the required destination. As per the requirement for stretcher case or wheel chair we will coordinate with medical personnel.
• After confirmation of seats from the airline we will pursue for the proper medical documents as per airlines regulations in coordination with medical team or the passenger.
• Coordinate with Traveler and their assigned hospital for pick-up of medical passenger to take them to airport.
• Coordinate with airport authorities for the required medical assistance in the airport.
• If space is not available in any international airlines, we will coordinate with air ambulance service to get an aircraft to evacuate the medical case.
• Follow up with medical personnel for any other required services.
